In business-as-usual scenarios the number of people using new HWTs will increase from 40 million in 2009, to 150 million in 2015. We now aim at 300 million people in the same six years. Our inclusive approach is based on sustainable enterprise and enabled by smart regulation and procurement policies in public, private and civil society sectors.
